DEPOSIT:

The deposit will be 30% of subtotal is due on singing the contract and is not refundable. unless if JIOSEL MALLIA have emergency reason the deposit will be fully refund to the bride or sponsors.

the balance of the fees is to be paid on the day before wedding.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

The client agrees to pay all the fees if this contract is cancelled two weeks or less prior to the event. if cancellation occurs six month to two weeks before, deposit will be retained.

EVENT DAY TIME CHANGE:

We will do everything we can accommodate change in your schedule. however, if change are substantial we may not be able to provide the same ( makeup artist ) and, in a worse case,

the contract would be cancelled and the cancellation policy will be apply.

LIABILITY: 

The client agrees not to hold JIOSEL MALLIA for any complication skin reaction, allergy and the cancellation policy will be apply.

ADDITION  HOURS:

Any addition hours required beyond those quoted will be billed at $150 per hours.

THE RIGHT REFUSE SERVICE:

If the Makeup Artist feels uncomfortable,threatened,or verbally abuse in any way,she will have the right to leave the premises without completing service. if the artist feels that client has any open facial wounds or a skin condition that could that infected or unsanitary,she has the right to refuse services to that client.
